All prices, including delivery charges are inclusive of VAT at UK standard rate. All product images used on this site are only representative of goods on offer, actual goods may not be exactly the same colour, design or packaging.

Whilst all efforts are made to ensure that the product details and prices are correct, any typographical or system errors in pricing will not be deemed part of the contract.  Acceptance of the contract is made upon delivery. Your order will be sent to the address provided in your account details. 

14 Day Money Back Guarantee (online)

 All online orders are covered by the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2014 which means you have 14 days to return any items bought online. You can assess your item(s) and if you are not happy with the item recieved, Simply contact us within 14 days of receiving you order and we’ll instruct you how to send the item(s) back to us.

We’ll then refund you for the items and the original postage costs (providing you have not used an expedited delivery method e.g Express). Please be aware a deduction can be made if the value of the goods has been reduced as a result of you handling the goods more than was necessary.

 We cannot be held responsible for goods in transit back to us. So please use a suitable method to return your item(s) back  e.g a tracked service.

Faulty Items 

Our products are manufactured and inspected to the highest standards.  If, however, your item develops a fault please contact customer services via our  contact us page.  Refunds/exchanges are subject to reasonable expectation of performance and fair use in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions. If you have received a damaged item or an incorrect item then please contact our customer service team on 01273 911670 or email customerservice@123-direct.co.uk and we will arrange for the item to be sent back to us free of charge. 

Once inspected by our quality team, any faulty products will be exchanged or a full refund will be processsed.
